MTV Base as confirmed the emergence of Diamond Platnumz as the 2015 MTV EMAs’ Best African Act.

The act who beat the likes of Davido, Yemi Alade, AKA and Dj Arafat to win the award would be up against the winning act from India to be named Best Africa/India Act.
